This raises an interesting concept: electronic tech/user support. Are there other companies out there-harware, software, anything-that regularly read the net that have net addresses that they wouldn't mind publishing on the net so that people could ask questions? I assume that a lot of companies have CI$ accounts, and since those are reachable from Internet/Bitnet, that might be a good starting point. Or, do most companies not want to be bothered?
