Solutions to the problems you describe are found in the documentation
files included with Boomerang.  Boomerang now has the ability to turn
itself off during the operation of certain applications, so you should
be able to avoid Qued and Vellum - related crashes.

Sumex-aim is now healthy again (and "kept up").
