It is available via anonymous FTP from sumex-aim.stanford.edu, among other places. It is written for THINK C, which was once called Lightspeed C, but you might be able to get it to work under MPW C as well. I haven't tried it. I should point out the standard warning: it takes a hell of a lot more than tacking windows and menus onto a text-based program to make it into a friendly Macintosh program.
