	I am trying to call a C subroutine from f77 program and I
need to know how to pass parameters between the 2 languages.  The 
%$&! manual only talks about C calling fortran.  So any help would be
appreciated.
	Also I cannot get fortran to initialize a pointer to a double
precision variable.  The &*@$#$ manual is also very helpful as usual.
