Question:  My writenow output has two problems.  I am printing to an
Apple LaserWriter II over TCP/Fastpath by spooling to an Ultrix machine
running CAPs.  How do I have pages print in normal rather than reverse order?
How come a page with a graphic prints with only the graphic (no text)
and the graphic is in the lower left corner of the page?  Actually, now any
WriteNow page with a graphic hangs the laserwriter and I lose the rest of
the job.
