But it finally got me-my optical is dead and my hard drive is acting strangely. What is the policy at NeXT about fixing/replacing what is surely an out of warranty optical? Or is there no public policy? I've heard quite a few folks say that their bad drives were replaced without charge with no questions asked---anyone have a recent experience with this? -Bill-
