Although I never designed it as an Objective-C reference manual, the
latest edition of my book, "Object-oriented Programming; An Evolutionary 
Approach" is nearing completion and should be in bookstores in a few
months. This edition brings the book up to date with subsequent changes 
in the language.

You might also call Stepstone for a copy of the reference manual. I don't
