You're off by a 1000 bucks...According to NeXT, NeXT will sell directly to students whose schools do not allow resale; their base system NeXTstation at this price is 3995. UM was able to get a great deal because they bought 50 of them in August; their price: 2995; student price: 3220 (because of the computer store markup). -- Please email -- I'll summarize.
