For your information, the reference manual mentioned by Mr. Cox
for Objective-C costs $100.00 U.S. and consists of two manuals
which are about the same size as the manuals Microsoft distributes
with their software (i.e. C 5.1) ... with one exception... the
Steptone manuals are quite thin. I personally don't think the 
high price is warranted.

So nice to hear of the new edition of Mr. Cox's book... especially 
since I just bought the old edition yesterday. Oh well, another 
historical artifact for my very expensive computer museum.
