Please provide more information: what is in your config.sys, your autoexec.bat, etc. I am running Zenith's Version of win 3.0 on my Z-386-16 at this very moment. I started windows, started Procom+, and logged into the Apollo at school to start my news program. No problems at all. I cannot swap to other DOS programs without loosing this connection, as I loose the mouse control in windows. So, Windows is not perfect, but it works adaquately. I can swap most programs in and out without too much problem. Are you running Zenith Windows or generic? How old is your 386? - Do you have a fairly recent version of the rom-bios? I had to replace mine when I got the Zenith Cache card as it initially refused to work properly. What mode is windows starting up in? Chad Price price@chakra.unl.edu
