If you get the source files from watsun in anonymous FTP are kermit/sw/*
you'll find that the  ckuusr.h has a mistake.  Eliminate the line

#include "ckucmd.h"			/* Get symbols from command package */


and then try compiling it.  It worked for me and I'm using it to send
this message.
