Coherent is published by the Mark Williams Company, and retails for $ 100. It is distributed on 4 3.5" floppies, and is thus quite compact. I have looked at the manual, and it seems to be quite complete. It is not like the MKS Toolkit, since it does not run under DOS, although there is a command to read DOS files.
