Does anyone know where I can obtain the format util for an
Adaptec 1542B controller?  I purchased the controller from
3-6 Computers in California, but they did not have the format
diskette.

I have tried a program called "ahautils.exe" from the adaptec
BBS, but it does not seem to work for this new model controller.

I also tried going to address dc00:5 in the bios, and that does
not work on the new board.

Please email ideas to uunet!ism!nealpo regardless of what the stupid
path line says.
