I have what appears to be a working copy of TeX, but am running into problems with METAFONT. When I try to use dvips to print a TeX document, it attempts to create any fonts that it can't find. When it tries to run mf as (for example): MakeTeXPK cmcsc10 360 300 magstep\(1.0\) magstep\(1.0\) and this runs: mf "\mode:=magstep(1.0); mag:=magstep(1.0); batchmode; input \ /usr/local/lib/tex/inputs/cmcsc10" As I understand METAFONT, this should create cmcsc10.360gf, but instead creates cmcsc10.3122gf. Does anyone have any ideas about what is going on? -- Dan Rich | drich@dialogic.com || ...!uunet!dialogic!drich UNIX Systems Administrator | "Danger, you haven't seen the last of me!"
