I have a few Ultrix machines that are on the same network.  I would like
to be able to send messages via syslog(3) to one of the machines from
all of the other machines.  Syslog(3) as documented in Ultrix doesn't
allow specification of a remote host.  All messages are logged on the
local machine as originating from "localhost".  How might I specify a
remote node to log messages to?  I do not have Ultrix source but if syslog
is public I would be willing to change the sending half of it!
