Ultrix uucp doesn't believe in 19200 baud you have to patch uucico.

Like so:

su ...
cp /usr/lib/uucp/uucico /usr/lib/uucp/uucico.original
adb -w /usr/lib/uucp/uucico
spds?W 0t19200 0t14
^d

(note that the above may be /var/uucp/uucico depending on which
ultrix release you are running...)

Depending on which interface you are using, and system / I/O loading
you may see a greater or lesser number of SILO overflow console
messages.  These can generally be ignored, unless you are using a
DH11 compatible interface, in which case your system will become
very, very crash prone...
