We like to have source code for Ultrix on micro fiche for reference
only.  We got a quotation of $40K+ from DEC with a requirement of
already owning source license for AT&T Unix.  My questions are:

Is there an alternative to the above?
Does ultrix resembles closely to BSD? And if so, how can we get
a source from BSD?
This requirement is for learning purpose only and any suggestions
are welcome.
