The article is in a section "Beyond DOS: Windows and OS/2" which looks like it will be a regular feature in the magazine. The article talks about the various options that are available for getting Windows 3.0 applications to run under OS/2 version 2.0. It looks although developers will be able to do a quick and dirty port by the use of OS/2 code which emulates Windows functions.
