Here's one .... Do not let Program Manager re-arrange program group icon position at will. This is very exasperating. The icon kept running around every time you open and close them and every time you exit Windows and save. How am I supposed to find the bloody icon if they keep running ? It is like having a desktop where your calculator, notebook, pen, etc. etc. play hide and seek with you ! :-( :-).
