Subject:IBM QUIETWRITER II and WIN 3.0

Can anyone help with the following problem. I'm trying to print 
with an IBM quietwritter II, through Windows 3.0. When I run the setup
program there is no printer driver for a quiet writer II (III yes)
The printer will run with the generic text only driver but that is of
course very limiting. Phone calls to microsoft have not really come up
with any thing helpful (despite this usual very long wait on a non 
800 number). The driver for the quietwriter III will not scroll the
paper thus everything prints out on one line. Any help is much
appreciated.
