I use the VGA monitor (8512) for CVW debugging. When I use Windows configured for the 8514 (in 386 Enhanced, Standard, or Real modes), any DOS VGA application I run (either during Windows or after exiting Windows) has the colors screwed up. It seems like colors are missing -- hi-intensity colors (hi-intensity white becoming purple is the most noticeable). If I do a warm boot and run the DOS apps before running Windows, this doesn't happen. Has anyone else had a problem like this with this hardware? Microsoft is unable to duplicate the problem, yet it happens on both Model 80s I have access to. Thanks for any help. ...Frank Bielsik fjb@dhw68k.cts.com
