We started running openwindows2 and now the background of the XVIEW
applictions (WIN_BACKGROUND_COLOR)  is coming up grey.  Can this be
overriden?  It does not take the color specified.

Also with openwindows2 cut and paste from window to window doesn't
work all the time, is this a bug?
