I got: > make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `mcidas.o' Same here, so I looked through the patch file, 'cos I was sure I had gotten a message saying that it was creating a new file mcidas.c. It turned out that all those new files were created in a subdirectory src.2.01. Might be a good idea to alter the patch file.
