Here's the story: I have a make of the mit X11R4 running on our 4/110's. It was made and is running using OS 4.1 and the cgfour and bwtwo devices. One of our customers recently acquired a Sun 4/330 (also at OS 4.1) with a gx graphics board. I believe that this means that the proper device for Xsun is cgsix0. I dropped the runfiles, libs, etc. made on our 110's onto the 330, configured the directories, and attempted to run X. The result was a "No screens found" type fatal error. This same error occurred whether I specified a device (bwtwo0, cgfour0, and cgsix0 all reside in /dev) or ran xinit with no options. Is the cg6 or gx board incompatible with this version of X? Any words of wisdom would be appreciated... Thanks in advance, Eric Hanson Ontek Corporation Laguna Hills, CA
