I want to run xview clients on IBM RS6000 AIX server and also on Suns
running X11R3 which don't have the Lucida fonts and OpenLook Glyphs.

I tried to add these fonts using xset

xset fp+ /usr/local/src/X11R4/mit/fonts/bdf/misc
xset fp+ /usr/local/src/X11R4/mit/fonts/bdf/75dpi
xset fp+ /usr/local/src/X11R4/mit/fonts/bdf/100dpi

These directories have the fonts.dir and fonts.alias files and the
lucida fonts. However xlsfonts doesn't list the fonts I am supposed to
have added.
