Keywords: XVT Message-ID: <934@tredysvr.Tredydev.Unisys.COM> Date: 28 Sep 90 19:18:42 GMT Organization: Unisys Corporation, Tredyffrin, PA Lines: 10 Could someone explain to me what XVT (Extensible Virtual Toolkit) is? I know that it allows portability between windows, OS/2, Open Look, Motif, and Mac. I know that it is a set of API, but how does it work. - Is it another layer on top of motif (or other widget toolkits?) - What is it like? Is it low level like X-windows, or is it more object oriented like Motif widgets? - What is the advantages and disadvantage? Can anyone who is actually programming in XVT describe their experience? Thanks
