The machine is a Quartet, and it works great. They cost about $3.800. I got mine through the Texas Rehab folks. It's easy to operate because all you need is a voice. First I say my machines name, which wakes him up and he says YES, then I say light or television or whatever and he does what I ask him to do. If he doesn't understand me he says, "Excuse me" then I tell him again. IF I need help I simply say, help me, and he tells me what my options are.
