My wife works for the Virginia Dept. for the Visually Handicapped
and is visually handicapped.  Currently, she makes use of
secretarial help and volunteers to get some of her work done,
particularly in the area of filling out all of the various forms
that she has to prepare.  Her department has recently received
approval to spend some $$$ on computer equipment, etc. and she sees
this as an opportunity to get some computer equipment that will
allow her to be able to more independent.

The type of software that she is in the greatest need for is some
type of software that will allow her to enter data into fields on
the screen and then print that information into pre-printed forms
which she inserts into a printer.  This software should identify to
her the name of the field that she is entering data into and issue
the necessary vocal responses to indicate that she has entered the
information correctly.  This software must operate on an IBM
compatible 386 and preferably be compatible with ARTIC Vision.

If you know of any software that would fill this need, I would
appreciate e-mail to the address listed in my signature below since
I don't always get to keep up with the activity in this group.
