Hi Bill,

Well, it's a good move. Call the local office of Personnel for the feds, in 
the phone book under feds. Also, check with your state listings for the same 
office. Then, get yourself a reader/amanuensis and go to. It'll take a 
looooooooong time to fill out aaaaaaaaalllllllll those forms, but it may pay 
off. Take as many of those dingdong tests as you can.

Remember to have lots of coffee and cookies for your reader/amanuensis and 
lots of a sense of humor, you'll need it!
