Please enjoy!! SALSA-SAUCE Salsa sauce - this is the basic recipe. You can spice it up even more by adding more JALEPENOS or HOT SAUCE of your choice. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups chopped onions 5 cloves minced garlic 1 TBS oil 4 large jalepeno peppers 28 oz can whole tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup vinegar 3 TBS white sugar pinch oregano and basil HOT SAUCE add to taste DIRECTIONS: Saute onions and garlic together in oil until softened. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer well for 40 minutes. Chill and serve with torilla chips or use as a sauce for making nacho's. RATING Difficulty: easy. Time: 10 minutes.
