I would love to have a recipe for "authentic" Hot and Sour soup.  Like the
kind you get in a great Szechuan restaurant.  I have tried recipes from
cookbooks, but none of them seem to have that flavor that all the
restaurants can capture.  Anyone have something?  Thanks in advance...
