Subject: Help wanted on immunology

Hello. I am a medical student, and I have been searching for the following
information for eight months. I hope you can help:

1) I wanted to know during which week in human embryogenic life do
   class I antigens (HLA-A;HLA-B;HLA-C) form? On which day, if
   possible..

2) Is there an agent that would reduce its (class I antigens)
   formation on the membrane surface?
