The best prices I have seen on BSR (X10 etc) controllers is $7 at
HCC (800-828-8537).  This price is for lamp, appliance, and wall
switch modules.  The only catch is there is a limit of 3 modules per
order, with a $100 minimum order!  They do have other neat things for
home control.
