Anyone else? There was speculation that Testors > acually HAD good spy info, just got the wrong company... Sounds like you're talking about the YF-22 and YF-23 developmental ATF's. Apparently they are capable of supersonic cruise (without afterburners) and have 'semisteath' capabilities.
