They served us well for 10 years. We used them for an interactive graphics application to prepare illustrations for airplane maintenance, repair and operation manuals. We started looking for a replacement platform in 1983, but didn't find anything that could pick as fast us the PDP-15's (which had vector refresh monitors) until SGI came out with the 2400T. We now have 120 SGI 4D/25's.
