I have some problems with a serial I/O card.
Because it's a very old card, it's impossible to configure
the card with the dip switches to com3 or higher.
The computer is used com1 by mouse and com2 by
modem.

- Is it possible to change anything on the I/O card,
  to configure it to com3 or higher?

- Or is it possible to change anything on motherboard
  to com3 ?

If everything is impossible, who would like to buy it
for $15 ?
