Thanks to everyone that gave me advice as to the solution
of the problem that I had.

Through the myriad of responses (25+) I have now a definite
understanding of the area of joins etc. etc.

Sorry I didn't reply to everyone individually but system that I
normally route mail through was down so I have to use this system
to make sure that the message gets through..
