SoftermPC by Softronics (Colorado) supports about 50 different terminal
interfaces and will run over AT&T's ISO/Netbios interface.

You could also run tcp-ip and LM/X (StarGroup) at the same time on a 
workstation via the NDIS interface. Some tcp-ip's (like pc/tcp) support
the int14 interface. There are a number of terminal emulators that will
run ontop of int14 (including SoftermPC).
