Incidentally, I received a flier from Telebit about this new
product.  They even sent me complementary tickets for Interop and
Unixpo--unfortunately, I cannot attend either because of school,
oh well.  Anyway, the product is called the NetBlazer.  I have no
idea what kind of performance it has, so don't ask me any more
about it; though, if you want more info, I suggest you contact
Telebit.  The flier said to do that in case one can't attend both
conferences (how attentive!)
