If Codeview reports no instructions executed, can it be a Zortech problem?

I've noticed Windows gives that "not enough memory" message quite often,
and I think there are a zillion places to check to see what's wrong.  I
personally don't know where all to look yet.  (Options everywhere!)  That's
where I'd start, though.
