Is the grammar summary given in E & S (chapter 17 + disambiguation rules) sufficient for YACC based translation/compilation, the way K&R (2nd ed) is for ANSI C ? Is there a better source of grammar in the public domain ? I am currently developing a C++ to ANSI C translator. Any comments/suggestions about problems encountered in this process would be of great help. Also are any updated versions of grammar (incorporating changes made after E&S grammar was written) available ? Please send email to me /post. Thanks. Dinesh
