 would like to make a library of routines , written in C++,
available to C programmers. I can do this with extern 
C decalarations, BUT still seem to need to LINK with CC
(as opposed to cc) to pick up ctdt. Has anyone worked around thic problem,
i.e. is there a way to do ctdt by hand?
