We have g++ and an old version of AT&T CC on our machines at Kent.
Because the language is evolving with some speed and some books I
know really does not cover some of the new aspects (e.g. multiple
inheritance).

Is there a recommendation for a reasonable text ?
Where can a copy of ``The Evolution of C++: 1985-1989" be found?
Which issue of AT&T Bell Labs Tech Report?
