Once again, we find that "those who do not pay attention to [insert your
favorite net thread here], are DOOMED TO Repeat it!"   :-}  :-/  :-{

There was a thread sometime in the past month on how to write a short
test program to print all the predefined preprocessor identifiers present
in your implementation.  I ignored it, and now I need it!

Could someone please email me a copy of a good ident finder, or tell me
where one's available?
