It is my understanding that Microsoft is no longer supporting Pascal
as a development language under Windows 3.0.  Is this true?  Does anybody
out there use Pascal for Windows developent?  If so, could you give me some
clues as to how you are doing this (what compiler, what tools, etc.)?
