If you get this then you are on the mh-users mailing list (look in
/usr/lib/aliases for the other members). If you don't want to be on this list
them mail postmaster and ask to be removed.

Handy hint follows:

You can suppress the (Message folder_name:message_no) header to messages
displayed by show, next or prev by adding the next three lines to your
.mh_profile:

next:           -noheader
prev:           -noheader
show:           -noheader

This only works for command line usage and not apparently for emacs or xmh (at
least in my customization).
