All the other lines in ~/.maildelivery do exactly what I want them to do but
rcvtty dumps core reading stdin.  Also, although the papers mention rcvalert,
mh 6.6 appears not to have it?  I presume I'm missing something pretty
obvious, can someone point it out to me?
