I am trying to send email to a friend at UCSB.  He tells
me his address is <userid>@UCSB.EDU but the mail gets rejected.
Have I got the wrong address?  Is there any source I can go to
to find the addresses of various instititions and the user-ids
of people located there?  Thanks.
