And I don't recall voting for their superiors, or any of the people who appointed them. In fact, the people who I could have voted for were so far removed from the people actually responsible for what's going on, and both groups are so far removed from the reality of what they're sticking their noses into, I don't think my vote could've made the least difference under any conditions. Nor could ten thousand votes. It's hard enough to find a candidate you can tolerate, much less actively support.
