Does anyone happen to have handy some info on what ones does to tell if
Novell is up and running? I need to determine this from within an
application. Can the DOS 21h 5f int (redirection) be used for this?

Please, all I need is a simple answer, so don't refer me to "Commonly
asked questions" or some such. Besides, if I knew where to look, I
wouldn't be here, right? right... :-)
